I ordered a Penne Alla Vodka pasta with grilled chicken. The order came out to be about $30 which I was honestly shocked about. It’s so expensive but when I got my order delivered, no wonder it was so pricey! It came with some bread plus extra garlic bread on the side. The pasta plate was so large for only one person eating lol. Anyways, the grilled chicken was a bit burnt so I’m a little disappointed for how pricey it was. But overall, it’s good. The delivery service was not bad either. I just wish they can chill on that grilled chicken and perhaps give me utensils to use lol.

I feel like some of the negative reviews come from people who don't like that the store has changed. I've been coming here for most of my life, and I wanted to give credit where it's due. Damian, who helped me today after work, was incredibly kind and genuinely cares about his customers. One of my ginger ale cans tasted off, and he was nice enough to let me exchange it for another drink without any issues. The pizza was amazing. Of course, every pizza place has its occasional off day, but that's normal. I currently work at a pizza shop in SoHo where slices cost much more than the typical $4 slice here in Queens, so I know good pizza when I taste it. Honestly, the comparison between this shop and the places across the street is night and day. While many people are spending money on less fresh food nearby, you can get real, fresh pizza here. Thank you, Damian, for always making great pizza, and thank you to the rest of the staff as well. They all work very hard, and it shows. ❤️

Absolutely amazing pizza. The quality of the cheese is very high and it makes the pizza significantly better than other slices in the city. The customer service is great and very welcoming, Damon is very personable every time I come in. I had family visiting from Boston and they loved the pizza and service by him, it felt like I gave them a uniquely New York experience just by going here. The fact that he's rooting for the Knicks also helps.

My father-in-law was visiting and wanted to try an authentic new york pizza and we had to go with Pizza Sam. Although we had the pizza delivered, it still felt like it was fresh out of the oven. The cheese was great, the sauce was delicious and we had a good amount of toppings. We had one of the bundles and we are happy with the prices. I hope you guys stay open for 50+ more years! Thank you for the delicious food!

They used to be good idk if they hired new staff. A male employee was so rude. He yelled at me while I was placing the order. I already had a feeling that it was going to be a bad experience. I’m a loyal and I’m a regular customer. No longer will go back. Thursday nigh order. I guess they reheat the pizza they already made a previous day. No sauce, no cheese, hard, dry, burned and tasteless. Such a waste of money.
